Are the articles for sale genuine / authentic?
Yes, all articles offered by Genuineluxuryoutlet.com are genuine and authentic (brands). No Fake, counterfeit, imitation, etc. is sold through our auctions.
Does the article include certificate of authenticity?
It does only if included and specified in the auction. If not offered, the most common reason is that you are buying a pre-owned or display item which came without it.

WARRANTY
Does Genuineluxuryoutlet.com provide any warranty?
No, no warranty is offered unless it is stated clearly that manufacturer's warranty is included.

SHIPPING
When should I expect to receive my item?
Delivery time varies from country to country. Average delivery time is usually: 5-8 business days for any European country, 8-12 business days for any destination within the US, Canada, and North America, 15-20 business days for rest of the world.
Which shipping service do you use?
All items will be shipped through Registered / Recorded Air Mail. All items must be paid in full (including all applicable shipping charges along with optional insurance where requested) before they are sent. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes because signature is required on all shipments. Please provide a valid street physical address with your payment. Items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note we can only ship to your CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS if paying by PAYPAL.

What about express delivery?
We always try our best to accommodate your special request. Express Delivery is available upon payment of additional shipping fees. Please contact us in prior to the end of auction for quotation.

COMBINED SHIPPING
What about combined shipping?
We will combine shipping when possible and discount each additional shipping charge by 50%. If buying two items, the discount will apply to the item with lesser weight / shipping charge. Maximum weight allowance for combined shipping is 2 kilos / 4 pounds. Some items cannot be combined. We will only combine shipping on items that end within 3 days of each other.

Does the article come with box & papers, original packaging?
Yes, it does when stated and/or shown on the auction.
What about Gift Wrapping?
Upon request, we can quote you the extra charges for your special requests such as Gift Wrapping. We can offer genuine Montblanc Gift Wrapping materials (black shopper bag & black silk ribbon - Soulmakers for 100 years) or standard Gift Wrapping to accommodate your wishes for special occasions such as Birthdays, Xmas, Easter, and so on.

We urge you to contact us to resolve any problems in prior to post a negative/neutral feedback. We will strive to solve any and all issues. However, if you eventually decide to leave a negative feedback, we will act accordingly.
What about Non-paying bibbers & timewasters?
Zero tolerance for non-paying bidders & Atimewasters. Negative feedback will be posted and reported to eBay and Final Value Fees will be requested in due course.

What if I don't like the article I bought? What's your Return Policy?
All items are 100 genuine / authentic and sold "as is". Therefore, all sales are final unless we made a mistake. In the unlikely event we misrepresented your purchase, you are kindly invited to contact us immediately, in any case within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will throughly verify all issues. If the request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number
